The program requires installed Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0

This diagnostic tool test a connection both to a Ventrilo server and to the four official Ventrilo master servers.
It sends UDP packets with a handshake like Ventrilo client v3 or v4.

By default test server is: gold.cleanvoice.ru 3785, but it can be changed if start program with custom arguments:

ventrilo_test.exe [address] {port 3784 by default}
